OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

The district court found Dardanella Luke in civil contempt for refusing to return the proceeds of a certificate of deposit. Luke appeals and argues the district court did not have jurisdiction over these proceeds relating to the certificate of deposit. We affirm.
