The plaintiff-relators in this quo warranto action are citizens residing in the merged Estherville-Lincoln Central Community School District. They seek a judgment that the reorganization of the merged Estherville-Lincoln Central district, as approved by the Lakeland Area Education Agency, was unlawful.
