Plaintiff, Troy Anthony, filed suit for injuries received in a vehicular accident in which he was injured and his guest passenger was killed1. A trial on the merits was had and the jury found that the defendant driver was negligent with regard to the accident and that the driver's negligence was a legal cause of the accident.
