MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Ricardo Arredondo was convicted for his role in a conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine in Saginaw, Michigan. This court affirmed his conviction on appeal, and he filed a petition to vacate his sentence. He argued, pro se, that his counsel was ineffective for failing to tell him about a plea offer on the eve of trial and for failing to object to the government's assertion that he was responsible for more than one...
