The defendant Nancy L. Guite appeals from the trial court's judgment denying her July 11, 1997 motion to open a judgment of strict foreclosure of a judgment lien rendered on February 19, 1997. In her motion to open, she alleged that she was defaulted for her failure to appear and sought to open the judgment because the trial court allegedly lacked subject matter jurisdiction.
