Patricia Gauf was employed by Wal-Mart and was covered under Wal-Mart's Associates' Health and Welfare Plan ("the Plan"). The Plan is administered by the Administrative Committee ("the Committee"). In this action, the Committee seeks an order compelling Ms. Gauf to reimburse the Plan for $9,870 in benefits it has paid to her.
