Atlantic Coast Federal Credit Union repossessed a truck purchased by J.D. Delk and sued to recover a deficiency balance that remained after the truck was sold. Delk counterclaimed on several grounds. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Delk and awarded him money damages. The credit union appeals the denial of its motion for a directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
