TJOFLAT, Circuit Judge:

The district court in this case enjoined the plaintiff and anyone acting on her behalf from arbitrating certain claims, because the district court had already decided those claims (and entered final judgment) and the claims were therefore barred by the doctrines of res judicata and waiver. We hold that injunctive relief was improper because the defendant has an adequate remedy at law—namely, it can raise its defenses of res judicata...
