Eual Howard Smith, Jr. was convicted of attempted indecent behavior with a juvenile, a violation of La. R.S. 14:27 and La. R.S. 14:81, and sentenced to 3 years imprisonment at hard labor. The sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on five years probation subject to serving three months in parish jail.
