Granted. The court of appeal's order is vacated and the ruling of the district court excluding the Peart statement at any forthcoming penalty phase in this case is reinstated. Our decisions in State v. Langley, 95-1489 (La.4/14/98), 711 So.2d 651, in which defense counsel first introduced the defendant's dream diary, and State v. Cooks, 97-0999, p. 1 (La.9/9/98),
