On appeal from a conviction for second-degree criminal sexual conduct, Joseph Hollander argues that the district court's admission into evidence of an interview of the child-victim with a social worker violated Minn.Stat. § 595.02, subd. 3, and his constitutional right to confront the witnesses against him because the victim did not testify at trial and the district court did not make a finding that the victim was unavailable...
