This appeal arises out of a family-law dispute following a divorce between appellant Karl Eugene Schneider and appellee Kay Luchie Schneider. After the trial court issued a final divorce decree and a subsequent agreed modification of that decree, Karl filed a motion for clarification and enforcement requesting the court to (1) impose a constructive trust upon certain monies Kay may receive in the future as a beneficiary under his Armed Services...
