Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

During jury selection, the defendant objected, pursuant to Batson v Kentucky (476 U.S. 79), to the prosecution's exercise of a peremptory challenge. The trial court accepted the prosecution's explanation for the challenge and dismissed the juror. On appeal, the defendant contends that the court erred in allowing the challenge.
