BROWN, J.

Timothy N. appeals from an order terminating his parental rights to Jessica N. on the ground that he abandoned her. See § 48.415(1), STATS. Carla B., the mother of Jessica, points to § 809.107(2), STATS., which details how to appeal such an order. She observes that it requires, inter alia, service of a copy of a notice of intent to appeal upon a number of persons, including her. Because she did not get served, she argues that we should dismiss...
