Antonio Brown was convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute fifty grams or more of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846 (1994). The district court3 sentenced Brown to 360 months imprisonment, five years of supervised release, and $100 in special assessments.
