RONALD L. WALKER, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury for having committed the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 30.02 (Vernon 1994). Appellant elected to have the trial court assess punishment. Appellant was sentenced to confinement in the State Jail Facility for a term of two years, and assessed a fine of $5,000. The trial court suspended the imposition of appellant's confinement...
