ROBERT M. PARKER, Circuit Judge:

Entergy Corporation, et al. (hereinafter "Entergy") appeals from a jury verdict for the plaintiff in this age discrimination case. Joseph Caparotta, Jr., cross-appeals, complaining that he was not awarded enough in back pay damages and challenging the jury's finding that Entergy's discrimination was not willful. We vacate and remand for a new trial.
