BRAY, Judge.

Eddie Wayne Stover (defendant) was convicted by a jury of involuntary manslaughter in violation of Code § 18.2-36 and sentenced by the trial court, in accordance with the verdict, to four years imprisonment. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction.1 Finding no error, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
