Harold Michael Griffin and Linda Griffin (collectively, Griffin) appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of Travelers Indemnity Company of Rhode Island (Travelers). In two points of error, Griffin contends the trial court erred by granting summary judgment for Travelers because he was entitled to recover under his employer's automobile insurance policy or, alternatively, because the policy is ambiguous...
