In this personal injury case, the jury found in favor of the defendant. For the following reasons, we affirm.

The accident which forms the basis of this lawsuit occurred on October 15, 1990. Plaintiff, William Oldstein, was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by his wife, plaintiff, Mary Oldstein.
