The only issue on this appeal is whether the record adequately supports a conviction for the crime of stalking in violation of Iowa Code sections 708.11(2) and 708.11(3)(c) (1997). The defendant, Scott Limbrecht, contends the court erroneously denied his motion for judgment of acquittal.
