[¶ 1] The Disciplinary Board petitions for disciplinary action to be taken against Lyle H. Moe and recommends Moe be reprimanded for violating N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.5(a), suspended from the practice of law for 30 days for violating N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(b), and assessed all costs of the disciplinary proceedings.
