In this appeal we consider whether Code § 2.1-725 of the Virginia Human Rights Act (VHRA), Code §§ 2.1-714 et seq., prohibits a common law cause of action for wrongful termination based on a violation of public policies enunciated in both the VHRA and other provisions of state, federal, or local statutes or ordinances.
