Leroy Neal Barksdale (defendant) was convicted in a bench trial for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, a violation of Code § 18.2-248. On appeal, defendant complains that the trial court erroneously denied his motion for an order requiring the Commonwealth to provide a qualitative analysis of the offending substance.
