OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge

Appellant, Jacob Robert Hosler (Jacob), by his next friend, Vickie Hosler (Vickie), appeals the trial court's dismissal of his wrongful death action against Appellee, Caterpillar, Inc. (Caterpillar).

We affirm.

The sole issue presented upon appeal is whether Jacob's wrongful death action is barred, where Jacob's claim was filed within two years of his father's death...
