Plaintiff and defendant were divorced in 1992. The judgment of divorce incorporated but did not merge a stipulation entered into between the parties in Supreme Court on August 7, 1992 and a 1991 Family Court order. The parties retained joint legal custody of their oldest son, with physical custody awarded to defendant, and plaintiff was awarded sole legal and physical custody of their remaining three children.
