Beaver Construction Company, Inc. ("Beaver"), appeals from an order of the Montgomery Circuit Court denying its motion to dismiss or to stay, pending arbitration, an action commenced against it by Lakehouse, L.L.C. ("limited liability company"), and individual "members" thereof, namely, Forrest E. Waters III, Kenneth T. Harris, Forrest E. Waters II, Marlin F. Waters, and Lewis C. McKinney II, and Kenneth T.
