STATEMENT OF THE CASE

¶ 1. After being terminated by her employer, the City of Tupelo (hereinafter the City), in March of 1998, Peggy L. Thompson filed a claim for unemployment benefits. In April of 1998 the Claims Examiner disqualified Thompson for the unemployment benefits. Thompson appealed the Claims Examiner's ruling, and a hearing was held before the Mississippi Employment Security Commission Appeals
