STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant Simon N. Ladd (Ladd) appeals his conviction and sentence of dealing in marijuana, a Class D felony. Ind. Code § 35-48-4-10. Ladd also appeals his sentence for his conviction of maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Ind. Code § 35-48-4-13.

We affirm.
