Plaintiff Kristine Broussard sued individually and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Brunie Broussard, and as natural tutrix of their minor child, Samantha Broussard, seeking wrongful death damages against F.A. Richard & Associates, Inc. (F.A. Richard). She alleges that F.A. Richard intentionally and negligently withheld a medical report from Mr. Broussard which recommended that he undergo surgery to correct his back problems...
