DAUKSCH, J.
Appellant Clarkson appeals the non-final order denying his motion to quash and/or dismiss the Snyder's complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse because the court below should have held an evidentiary hearing to resolve certain factual conflicts created by the affidavits and pleadings.
This action involves an alleged sham investment scheme involving Legend Sports, Inc (LSI).
