Jonathan Norman was convicted of stalking, with allegations that he had suffered two prior strikes and served one prior prison term found true. In the published portion of this opinion, we reject Norman's contention that, to constitute stalking in violation of Penal Code section 646.9, the victim's fear must be contemporaneous with the stalker's threats and harassment.
