Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff, Richard Sheeler, Jr., drove up the ramp of the westbound Atlantic Avenue entrance to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, and stopped at the stop sign at the end of the ramp, awaiting entrance to the expressway. At that entrance, the expressway does not have a merge lane. According to the uncontroverted evidence, the traffic on the expressway was very heavy that day.
