DICKSON, J.

The defendant, Mark Fish, was convicted of the July, 1995 murder of Barbara J. Osterhouse at South Bend.1 In this direct appeal, he claims that there was insufficient evidence of his intent to murder and that the trial court improperly refused to instruct the jury on reckless homicide as an included offense.
