Steven Usher was indicted on four counts of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act by selling cocaine, one count of trafficking in cocaine, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The State entered a nolle prosequi on two of the counts of selling cocaine, and Usher pled guilty to the count of firearm possession. At trial, a jury convicted him of trafficking in cocaine and the remaining two counts of selling cocaine...
