Daryl Willis Riewe appeals his sentence following his conviction for conspiracy to possess, possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1) (1994). Riewe contends that the district court erred by failing to make express factual findings on his claim of sentencing entrapment and by failing to exercise its discretion to depart downward on the basis of sentencing entrapment...
