Brenda and George H. Greene, as representatives of the estate of Florence Greene, Deceased, brought a wrongful death/ survivor suit in the 60th District Court of Jefferson County, Texas, on October 10, 1997. Alleging the negligent release of toxic materials into the environment the suit named a number of defendants, most of whom have since been non-suited. The remaining defendants are Mobil Corporation, Mobil Oil Corporation...
