WALTZER, Judge.

Relator, Glazer Steel Corporation, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment. According to plaintiffs' petition, their car was struck on 3 July 1997 at 10:30 a.m. by a car driven by Louis Hutson, in the course and scope of his employment by Glazer. The petition alleges that Hutson's vehicle belonged to Glazer and Hutson was on a mission for Glazer at the time of the accident.1
