Defendant Cheryl A. Hunte appeals her conviction and sentence for her role in an attempt to transport narcotics from Arizona to New York in 1997. The trial court sentenced Hunte to concurrent terms of thirty-three months imprisonment, two years supervised release and a $500 fine. On appeal, Hunte challenged the sufficiency of the evidence against her and the denial of a sentencing reduction under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 3B1.2...
