¶ 1. Appellant Patsy Jean Ellis is before this Court seeking post-conviction relief and reversal of a Leflore County Circuit Court judgment which affirmed the revocation of her probation. Ellis petitioned the trial court after she was ordered to serve the entire ten year prison term, which had originally been suspended in 1990.
