¶ 1. At issue in this case is title to a one-half (½) mineral interest in a twenty (20) acre tract of land located in Jones County, Mississippi. The current surface owner asks this Court to determine what mineral interest passed to her predecessor in title, the original grantee under a 1944 warranty deed which incorrectly recited a prior sale of three-fourths (¾) of all minerals...
