This case is on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court. In our initial opinion, we held that the Caldwell Parish School Board's failure to notify Linda Tarver Wright, an assistant principal, of nonrenewal of her initial employment contract at least 120 days prior to that contract's termination required the board to offer her a new contract.1 The supreme court reversed and remanded the case for consideration of other issues...
