This is a boundary dispute. Messrs. Paul S. and Ben Belton Bailey are the owners of a tract of land in Rapides Parish Louisiana, comprising 193.54 acres. On the southern boundary of their property is a tract of land comprising 52.3 acres owned by Mr. Andrew J. Fowler, II. When the Baileys and Mr. Fowler, II were unable to agree upon their shared boundary, the Baileys filed suit to have a court fix it. Mr. Fowler, II answered and reconvened, claiming...
