This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining an exception of no cause of action as to the claims of many, but not all, of the plaintiffs in a legal malpractice action. Specifically, the two attorney defendants each filed exceptions of no cause of action to the claims of those plaintiffs who were not their clients.
