The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b). He claims that the trial court (1) abused its discretion in admitting into evidence a brown paper bag and a toxicology report that identified the contents of the bag as narcotics and (2) improperly found that there was sufficient evidence...
