Defendant Ronald Brooks appeals his conviction and sentence for second-degree murder. We affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE:

Ronald Brooks was charged by grand jury indictment on July 3, 1997 with second degree murder. He pled not guilty. In a pre-trial motion, defense counsel moved to have evidence seized from Mr. Brook's home suppressed alleging that the search warrant was defective.
