Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver more than 225 but less than 650 grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(ii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(ii), possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv), and resisting and obstructing arrest, M.C.L.§ 750.479; MSA 28.747.
