In People v. Valladoli the jury convicted the defendant of a drug charge. Before the jury was dismissed, the People moved to amend the information to add a variety of enhancements, none of which involved "strikes." The trial court granted leave to amend, and the same jury found the enhancements to be true. We affirmed, and so did our Supreme Court...
