430 Mass. 440 (1999)

COMMONWEALTH v. ALONZO WILSON.

Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, Suffolk.

December 13, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Christopher Pohl, Assistant District Attorney (Edmund J. Zabin, Assistant District Attorney, with him) for the Commonwealth.

Christopher S. Skinner for the defendant.

Present: MARSHALL, C.J., ABRAMS, LYNCH, GREANEY, IRELAND, SPINA, & COWIN, JJ.

ABRAMS, J.

The defendant, Alonzo Wilson, was charged in three indictments with armed home invasion, armed robbery while masked, and assault by means of a dangerous weapon. During a hearing on pretrial motions, the trial judge granted the defendant's motion to suppress statements he made to a police officer. The Commonwealth now appeals from the grant of that motion. We vacate the judge's order and remand for further proceedings.
