In this maritime cargo case, Plaintiff-Appellant Fedmet Corporation ("Fedmet") brought suit against the M/V Buyalyk; her owner, Noble Seafarer Ltd. ("Noble"); and the charterer and bill of lading issuer, Combined Atlantic Carriers GmbH ("COMBAC"), for damage to a shipment of steel coils.
